Accommodations
Franklin Gardens is located in Leamington, situated on five lovely and well-groomed acres overlooking the Leamington Marina. Our home is bungalow style with all rooms and service areas situated on one floor where we offer private, semi private and ward accommodations for 120 residents. Each room has an ensuite washroom and comes equipped with a bed, nightstand, dresser and chair.
Amenities
At Franklin Gardens, we offer a comprehensive range of social, spiritual, intellectual, restorative and therapeutic programs and activities specifically tailored to individual resident needs and interests. Our building features a central dining room with fireplace, garden courtyard with gazebo, two lounges, library area, landscaped patio/ gazebo area with barbeque facilities, hair salon and an activity room for residents to enjoy.
